The food at nusa bay
is amazing . Best we have had so far ( and we have had alot of great food ! )
We started nature and
wildlife trek at 7am with a ranger and then headed straight to amazing
snorkelling . Was a wondeful day of being on the ocean and getting to see some
beautiful stuff . Snorkelling is so calming and relaxing for me ; always
heightens my awareness that there is a whole hidden world beneath the water

Afternoon was spent
swimming and eating and napping and reading here at nasu bay with all the deer
and the hundreds of monkeys :)
I have booked a
creambath for my hair tonight with scalp massage and a 30 minute power back
massage . At these prices cheaper than having a marguerita!!
Tonight we are going
to cuddle in our king bed and watch the funniest movie ever that we saw but
bear has not ( The Week Before )
I hope bear is having
a great time ! He says he is but he also seems annoyed by us much of the time (
eventhough we are super cool fun parents who arent even annoying !!)
I guess we shouldnt
be surprised as so many people i told that we were coming with 18 yr old son alone
were in shock . And people we met on plane too said the same . We have tons of
great times and great conversations he just doesnt look thrilled all the time .
And we expect him to be !
Cant complain though
bear is a great travel buddy and is generally relaxed and fun and very very
independant .
Ps its funny bc right
after i wrote this part of blog we had the very best evening with bear ( aka
bali bear now ). Came back to the treehouse and he had fallen asleep outside on
our treehouse chairs and deck and he asked me to lay down on his chair with him
and just hugged me :)))))) made me feel so good and happy . I think we are
spoiled with the constant outward love and affections we get from chase every
moment of every day
!! Addicted! Even beauty who is much less affectionate
is much more needy
than bear and so takes affection alot although pretends not to want it !! So
these hugs and cuddles from bear a real treat !
We were all wearing
our balinese robes that evening in the treehouse ( so light and comfy ) so we
decided ro go eat dinner in them ! Had to convince hubby a bit ; alot as not
his type of thing to be stared at but i convinced him that was stupid and not
playful ! Lol

Was so cool in today
to see all the offerings made ( all over bali three times a day ) ans the
prayers they say with the offerings . What a
grateful religion .
Beautiful people .
My spa services were
so simple . A nice woman washing my hair for an hour in a bamboo hut was all it
was . No music - no hot towels - no fuss . Very simple organized culture .
Unimposing and peaceful and friendly
I could really learn
from these people !
Off for morning at
beach and then to long drive back to last destination in
canguu with stop at our fifth and final temple tannah lot
